Congratulations to all those who auditioned today, 
the standard was extremely high and has made life difficult for the selection panel - well done !! 
Call backs will be on Friday, you will be called. 
A massive thank you to all the volunteers who gave of their time for today's auditions.
Including the cast selection panel. 
Pre audition workshops are now confirmed as 7.30pm Seabridge Community Centre – Fridays 15th/22nd/29th January & 5th February
Thank you for your interest in Stoke Youth Musical Theatre Company.
Our next full length musical production is Sweeney Todd, which will be at Stoke Rep in November 2010.
The auditions (which are open to anyone age 11 – 21 years old) will take place on Sunday 7th February 2010 at Thistly Hough High School (times to be confirmed).
Prior to this, we will be holding pre-audition workshops at Seabridge Community Centre, the first will be 7.30pm Friday 8th January 2010 (which will include the Director’s introduction to the show & the production team).
Attendance of the pre-audition workshops is NOT a requirement, but we feel that attendance of some or all would be advantageous to those looking for major roles.

I am so pleased to see that Stoke Youth is still doing the business - i was a member between 1981 - 1986 - wow , i feel old !! If it wasn't for Stoke youth and The late Ken Lowe - Alan Hulme and my dear friend Gordon Alcock - I would not be working as a professional actor today !! All the best for The demon barber of fleet street - awesome. It would be great to have a reunion - miss ya Dave clancy,Chris Harley, Chris Keen, Caroline Keen, Geoff Legan, Simon Bishop, Martin Lowe, and many more !!!

I am very proud to be a part of Stoke youth, I have been strengthened through friendship and have always felt welcome! It has been a major part of my life for the past 5 years and will never forget the amazing memories I have! THANKYOU! xxxxx
